  • Excellent by local standard. Highly recommended!

    Malcolm, Coventry, UK — 11 October 2017

Arrived late evening after long days travelling. All hotel staff are very friendly, most speak good English. The compound for the hotel has a gate which is attended 24 hours a day and secure perimeter wall which ensures the hotel remains a tranquil oasis, to relax in. The rooms were clean & air conditioned, with mosquito nets over the beds and screens over the windows. The breakfast consists of toast, beans 2 eggs, fruit etc. There is a facility to leave luggage there even while trekking in the park. The poolside was very pleasant with a mix of sunbeds and tables. The pool is kept clean & I did witness a chemical strength test being carried out. The WiFi at the hotel is pretty good, but as the hotel fills up, this slows down considerably.
I would definitely choose to stay here again.

  • A great base hotel for your stay in Moshi

    Dakine13, Maryland, USA — 21 October 2017

I stayed here pre and post Safari and pre and post climbing Kilimanjaro. Rooms were basic and clean, you had all you needed and most importantly the water was always HOT! The restaurant offered a simple but good breakfast buffet, a good all day menu and beer!
The staff were very helpful and friendly, got to know them through my coming and goings and felt they were looking out for me (single female traveler)
When the clouds clear you have a pretty epic view of Kilimanjaro from the pool and from the roof top terrace area. This hotel became a little home away from home and I would highly recommend.

  • Great place to stay between climbing Kilimanjaro and safari trips

    Rhiannon C, — 13 December 2017

My dad and I stayed here before climbing Kilimanjaro and before and after our safari. The reception staff are VERY helpful and friendly, as are most of the restaurant staff. You can leave behind extra luggage or valuable items and be assured that they are safe until you return. Their laundry service is excellent. Air conditioned rooms, fairly good restaurant, views of the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Best place to stay in Moshi

Being a female solo traveler, safety is your biggest concern. Having stayed at Parkview Inn, I felt very safe. 1) Gated property and 2) safe and convenient location. Things I love about this place: breakfast (different selection), hot water all the time, swimming pool, access to rooftop to see Kilimanjaro when weather permits, and very, very nice front staff. The women in the front desk are always smiling and happy same with the waitresses in the kitchen. I had a pleasant experience staying with them. I highly recommend this place!

  • Nice hotel with friendly staff

    TexRider63, — 26 Oct 2016

Stayed here for 1 night before our Kili climb and one night after. Good firm beds which was just right after 8 nights on Kili. Spent most of the last day there, sat by the pool or on the roof terrace drinking beer waiting for our taxi to the airport. Everything you needed and nothing you didn’t. Would stay there again!

  • Good place to relax before and after Kilimanjaro

    Javi G, — 22 October, 2016

Very big room with huge bed and mosquito net. Internet connection in the room, which is a luxury in Tanzania. Restaurant opened the whole day with decent food. Very helpful staff. We had 2 nights booked (before and after the climb) and they put no problems when we needed to change to 2 nights in a row after our climb was delayed by a day. They even allow us to have a shower after the climb when we didn’t have a room booked anymore.
